ABOUT

MAYFIELD MEDICAL SERVICES

You heal your patients. We heal your equipment.

First, do no harm. You swore an oath to uphold that principle, and it’s the cornerstone of your practice. Everything you do as a medical professional centers on your patients: diagnosing them, treating them, healing them.

We understand that behind every piece of equipment we service, people are counting on it to function properly in your hands. Every instrument and device has to work right the first time, every time because your patients are trusting you with their lives.

Our technicians have received thousands of hours of manufacturer-sponsored training on maintaining and servicing medical equipment of all types and models. And our commitment to excellence has made us one of the premier medical equipment service companies in the Midwest.

For example, if you choose our Service Contract option, we’ll come to your practice and audit every single piece of medical equipment, perform manufacturer’s recommended maintenance at a discounted rate, tag each piece with a prominent inspection sticker and provide you with a detailed spreadsheet listing all your equipment with serial numbers. That’s added value for you, and peace of mind for your patients.

In today’s competitive medical field, you need every advantage you can get. With Mayfield Medical on your team, you’ll get professional technicians who keep your equipment running better, for longer, and you’ll get 24/7/365 support so if something breaks down, we’ll be there to fix it as soon as possible. All of which leaves you more time to concentrate on healing your patients, and not worrying about your equipment.

Preventative Maintenance Programs

Preventative Maintenance Saves Money

Mayfield Medical Services offers preventive maintenance programs to save you money and prevent costly downtime on your equipment. We will custom design a cost-effective repair and maintenance service contract to meet the specific needs of your office, lab, clinic, nursing home or hospital.

We also perform electrical safety analysis tests to keep you up to date for your state inspections.

Service Contracts

Did you know that you could save 10% on labor costs throughout the year by signing a Service Contract with Mayfield Medical Services?

Mayfield Medical Services offers Service Contracts that can be custom designed to meet your maintenance and repair needs. Regular preventive maintenance and calibration will often prevent minor problems from becoming major repairs. When signing a service contract with MMS, all hourly rates reflect a ten percent discount on the labor rate. Labor rates on any needed repairs throughout the year will be discounted by ten percent as well. In the long term, your overall cost of repair and maintenance will be lower and you will be assured of providing your patients the best healthcare possible!

Upon signing a Service Contract, a bio-medical field service technician will perform complete preventive maintenance/calibrations along with full electrical safety checks on each piece of equipment to meet state/manufacturer requirements. We will place updated stickers on each piece of equipment to ensure each item has been serviced and when it is due next. Our preventive maintenance sticker program will give your staff and patients the peace-of-mind of knowing just how compliant your facility really is!

We also provide an electronic multiple equipment form that will be sent to you once the preventive maintenance is complete. This is a powerful form that will list each facility’s equipment, manufacturer, model, s/n, safety test settings and when the next service is due.
